1 KG Ground beef
1/2 Egg
1 TS Ground Coriander Seets
1/2 Black pepper
To Taste Salt
2 Ground onion
For Gravy
2 Ground onion
4-5 Tomato
1 Teaspoon Garlic
Salt
Oil

Afghan beef meatballs (Kofta)

    Serve this delicious meatballs with basmati rice, home made chili chutney and pickles(turshi).

    For Kofta/Meatballs: Mix all the ingredients well, then make egg size ball and flatten it into round flat shape. Do the same with all mixture.

    Now you can arrange carefully the Kofta s you prepared into the gravy pot. Cook on low to medium heat until Koftas are ready. Add more water if needed.

    For Gravy: Heat oil and cook garlic/chili paste then add onion and fry until lightly brown. Add in tomato and cook until nice gravy. Now mix the red chili/paprika powder, salt to taste, a cup of water.
