829 grams wholemeal self raising flour
1 packet yeast
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups full cream milk warmed up in the microwave plus .5 cup extra
1 cup olive oil
1 egg yolk separated and whisked in a small bowl
Brush the top generously with oil followed by the whisked egg yolk.
Put the bread pan under a grill to brown the top - be careful to keep the heat low so as not to burn it.
Bake in the oven on 180C degrees for 30 mins or until cooked through.
